Leg 1 – Cowes to Swanage

The race starts at the Island Sailing Club start line off Cowes
Boats will then sail along the Western Solent before passing the Needles and continuing on to Swanage
The finish line for this leg is between Peveril Ledge Buoy and the Peveril Point headland
After crossing the finishing line boats will continue to Swanage Pier to drop off two runners
